Man, these guys are great! Let me first begin with saying this guys have some of the lowest rates in the market right now! I was able to land a 5.75% for a 30 year fixed with them. I called them up one day and the process flowed super smooth. I dealt with a guy named Ron Trejo. He was my loan officer. Super nice and friendly guy and not pushy at all! I love how they have their online portal super user friendly which makes the process go back so easily. I would highly recommend these guys for any of your loan needs.

We bought in the middle of a crazy year with interest rates all over the place. We had locked in with one lender at 6.25% for 15 years and the rate kept dropping. I could ignore one drop but not multiple drops. I found watermark on bankrate and i contacted them and they got us a 5.75% loan AND we closed on time so we could lock in our homestead for next year. I didn’t know if it would happen but we took a chance and they did it with two weeks to close! Highly recommend him!
