Jahi Johnson has spent the last 18 years in the financial services industry. Starting his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch he assisted his clients in managing their assets as well as their liabilities. Using his expertise to assess a client’s complete financial situation has given Jahi a unique ability as a mortgage banker to recommend the best mortgage options available. Jahi is also a California Real Estate Broker with extensive knowledge of the home buying process. His knowledge and experience with the home buying process helps to benefit his clients which always provides a smooth transaction for his borrowers. Jahi joined Watermark Capital Home Loans in 2009 after 9 years of previous loan origination experience. Jahi has a wealth of experience in helping clients in purchase transactions and refinancing current loans. He specializes in jumbo loans, FHA loans, conventional loans as well as working with first time home buyers. Jahi also assists clients with credit repair which helps them in qualifying for loans and/or receiving better rates. Jahi is a USC graduate, former Trojan football player, and current Cardinal and Gold member of the University of Southern California. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching football, traveling and playing sports.
